Meanwhile, 4/6 walked over to the information booth to listen to Joe "Point 25" Decimalis.     "Hi! Point 25 is my name and decimals are my game. I’ve found an easy way to change fractional numbers to their decimal form, no sweat!" Joe proudly declares. "One of my hobbies is to rename all fractions as a fraction with a denominator of 10, 100, 1000, etc."
